We are recruiting for our client a Commercial Bank, seeks friendly and enthusiastic Bank Tellers to deliver exceptional customer service.
As the first point of contact, you'll answer customer inquiries, handle transactions, and resolve customer issues.
Your goal is to make every customer feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and share information about banking products
Handle cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Resolve customer issues and promote additional services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements
OND Holder in any field with a minimum of Lower Credit
Experience in banking is a plus.
25 years old or younger
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
