This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
Manage cash flow, credit control, and financial risk.
Provide insights on business performance and improvement opportunities.
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Coordinate external and internal audits.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategy
Qualifications
Bsc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in accounting, financial planning/ financial analysis with at least 2 experience in a managerial role.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, creativity and decision-making skills
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
