Sales Merchandiser at Erisco Foods Limited

Erisco Foods Limited (formerly Erisco Foods Processing Limited) was incorporated in 2004 as an indigenous manufacturer of foods products in Nigeria. We began operations in 2009, producing one brand of Tomato Paste in sachet called Nagiko. Soon after we introduced another brand of tomato paste called Ric-Giko. We currently have two brands of tomato paste in sachet, along with other products like Nagiko Sugar, Nagiko Mono sodium glutamate, Nagiko Basmati Rice in the market.Responsibilities

Ensure optimal visibility and appealing displays of Erisco Foods products in all assigned retail outlets in accordance with brand standards.
Build and maintain Strong working relatioships with store managers, supervisors and retail staff to enhance cooperation and product positioning.
Regularly monitor inventory levels on shelves and in back stock; coordinate with sales officers or distributors to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
Gather and report customer feedback, buying behaviour and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Assist in implementing in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and other consumer engagement activities to boost product awareness and sales.
Submit accurate daily activity reports covering stock status, display updates, customer feedbacks and salesinsights to supervisors and sales team.

Qualifications

Minimum of SSCE / OND or equivalent in Business, Marketing or any related field.
At least 1 – 2 years experience in merchandising, retail sales, or FMCG fieldwork.
Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behaviour.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Must reside in or around Agege, Lagos.
