We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) to manage the end-to-end procurement of solar components and renewable energy project supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy procurement, international supply chain management, and vendor negotiations in the solar industry. Expatriates only

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies for solar and renewable energy projects.
Source and negotiate with suppliers of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other renewable energy equipment.
Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services while upholding quality standards.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with global renewable energy suppliers and OEMs.
Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with project delivery schedules.
Track market trends in renewable energy technology, pricing, and supply chain risks.
Oversee logistics, customs, and compliance with international procurement regulations.
Drive sustainability and innovation in procurement practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional certifications in procurement/supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
Minimum of 8–10 years’ procurement experience, with at least 5 years in solar or renewable energy projects.
Proven expertise in sourcing solar panels, inverters, and renewable energy systems.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with international vendors.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy supply chains, logistics, and compliance.
