JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements.
Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.
Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.
Incorporating social skill learning into the learners' class activities.
Requirements:
N.C.E, HND, BSC, or master's degree in the field or any other related discipline
Relevant experience in preparing students in private schools, for external examinations (SSCE, JSCE).
Applicable understanding of the use of 21st-century teaching techniques in or out of the classroom.
Essential social and interpersonal skills required within the school community.
