We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting SBSC’s portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across technology, HR consulting, and staff augmentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Software development, HR and Consulting teams) to design tailored solutions for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
Represent SBSC at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in tech/consulting preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with technology solutions and HR services is an advantage.
