The Consumer Growth Officer is responsible for driving Moneta user growth for each partner bank, leveraging B2B2C strategies to expand adoption and usage.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with partner banks to design and execute consumer acquisition campaigns.
Monitor and report on user growth performance per bank.
Implement targeted sales tactics to engage end-users through bank partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure user growth strategies are aligned.
Achieve and exceed growth targets across all assigned banks.
Requirements
Proven success in B2B2C sales with measurable results.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Previous experience in fintech, banking, or consumer-focused technology preferred.
BSc. In Business administration or Marketing
