We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Oversee branding, digital campaigns, and product promotions
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and ROI analysis
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years’ experience in sales/marketing, preferably in solar or energy sectors
Proven track record in team leadership and achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.
