Business Support Officer at Unified Payment Services Limited

To provide business and operational support to other financial institutions (OFIs) such as micro-finance banks, mortgage banks, and other licensed entities.
It ensures seamless service delivery by managing onboarding, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and relationship support, while collaborating with internal teams to maintain service standards and strengthen institutional partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to OFIs on operational and service-related matters.
Assist with onboarding and integration of OFIs onto payment platforms.
Monitor transactions and settlements, escalating discrepancies for timely resolution.
Liaise with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
Maintain updated records of OFI activities, complaints, and resolutions.
Support reconciliation, reporting, and periodic performance reviews.
Document and track OFI feedback for process and service improvement.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4years post NYSC
Key Competency Requirements
Knowledge: Good knowledge of payment systems, OFI operations, and settlement processes.
Skill/Competencies:
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
