Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Operations Office, who will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving operational processes.
The role demands constant coordination with staff and departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
This is an on-site position located in Mowe, Ogun State
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills and ability to streamline processes
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with staff and patients
Analytical Skills to assess data and improve operational strategies
Basic understanding of Finance for budget management and cost analysis
Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
