Maintain professional communication while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Achieve individual and team collection targets.
Provide accurate daily reports on recovery activities.

Requirements

Minimum of OND/NCE qualification.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous experience in loan recovery, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
