We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-budget advertising campaigns, develop innovative branding strategies and leverage digital and outdoor marketing channels to reach our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Manage high-budget advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, outdoor, print, and social media.
Collaborate with our creative agency partners to develop innovative branding and marketing materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective ROI and campaign optimization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field from a recognized university. Minimum of 2:1 is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an FMCG or business-to-customer establishment in Nigeria.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Strong understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and outdoor marketing channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
