Our client in the lifestyle and hospitality industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Business Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve service delivery.
Prepare and analyze sales, operations, and performance reports for management review.
Coordinate with other departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to optimize business performance.
Drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and overall business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
4–6 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle business management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to manage retail operations, drive sales, and deliver results.
Experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or customer-centric businesses is an added advantage.
