Our client, a fast-growing fashion brand, is looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service, operations, and management to oversee the retail operations of the brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.
Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Coordinate with other departments (supply chain, sales, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless operations.
Implement operational improvements to drive profitability and customer retention.
Prepare reports on operations, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong background in customer service and team leadership.
Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
