We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Service Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments in Osogbo.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily running of the apartments.
Supervise staff and ensure excellent guest experience.
Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
Keep records of expenses, occupancy, and supplies.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar role.
Must have a robust clientele base and the ability to drive occupancy.
Must have strong digital marketing skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Osogbo.
