As a Senior Manager in our Deals team, you’ll lead complex, high-impact transactions that shape the future of our clients’ businesses.
From mergers and acquisitions to divestitures and strategic capital deployments, you’ll be at the forefront of driving value through smart deal-making.
This role places you in a strategic leadership position—guiding multidisciplinary teams, overseeing due diligence and valuation processes, and engaging directly with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of deals including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and strategic partnerships.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive value and reduce risk.
Supervise financial, operational, and commercial due diligence processes, including valuation modeling and synergy assessments.
Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams—fostering a high-performance culture and guiding career growth for junior staff.
Collaborate closely with legal, tax, and compliance experts to ensure seamless and compliant transaction execution.
Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and innovation.
Ensure delivery excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
Stay on top of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity to inform deal strategy and client engagement.
Support the Deals Strategy team, focusing on M&A strategy, commercial due diligence (CDD) and other strategic areas.
Lead high-impact consulting projects in a timely manner for key industry players and build and sustain trusted internal and external relationships.
Manage and deliver deal-related strategy consulting projects, predominantly in commercial and occasionally in operational functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business discipline
Minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or deal consulting

Others:

Experience in transaction advisory services, corporate finance, valuation and financial modeling, M&A advisory, Infrastructure or project finance, investment banking
Relevant certifications such as ACA or ACCA or CFA. is required
Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), and financial modeling
