The principal activities of the company include Real Estate Development, Property Trading and Strategic Real Estate Advisory Services. With intent on improving returns on asset employed by investment in real estate sector of emerging markets.

Moving into the future, Dayola Property remains extremely focused on being the premier developer of choice in Nigeria and sub Saharan region delivering sustainable earnings to it’s investors. These earnings will come from developing lifestyle homes, residential townships and other large scale developments in Nigeria and across, unlocking value from its commercial property portfolio and growing fee based incomes from property fund management.Responsibilities

To take charge and oversee all mechanical works on site
To design, conduct design check, test, install and maintain electrical and mechanical structures needed on site
To verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, design and existing local authority standard
To analyze and interpret data
To prepare and agree on project specifications, budgets and timescales
To follow up and ensure the mechanical activities on site are according to approved drawings, specification, within the timeframe and progress of the approved construction program
To review and check technical vendor’s submittals for installation requirements
To prepare work distribution charts, bills of material/ material delivery schedule for onsite materials
To create a workable program of work in line with the project team’s program of works
To supervise and coordinate other project personnel, consultants and contractors, in other to ensure that deadlines, procedures and other project requirements are met
