Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
Greet and welcome guests, answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails
Study the strength of competitors and give suggestion on how to triumph.
Keep updated records and files
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Submit weekly/monthly reports
Monitor office expenses and costs
Write and submit business proposals to prospective clients.
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
Requirements and Skill
Qualifications: BA in Administration courses
Must be FEMALE
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. photocopier, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Must have marketing skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
