Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits practices
Equipment inspection , hazard identification and mitigation measure
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks for staffs and visitors.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor environmental impact and waste management practices in the factory and measures of reduction .
Conduct Emergency response planning and drills.
Support the continuous improvement of safety culture and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
Issue permit to work to contractors and monitoring of high risk Operation
Provide first aid attention when required.
Develop Standard operating procedure where required to prevent unexpected occurrence.
•Review of risk assessment & method statement and provide HSE support on project execution within the factory
