We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman (Plastering & Painting) with a strong background in finishing works.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the execution and supervision of plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and waterproofing works.
This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage site teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver projects from execution to commissioning and handover.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman in plastering, painting, and finishing works.
Proven experience in execution and coordination of flooring, tiling, and waterproofing.
Strong knowledge of finishing work techniques, materials, and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
