Manpower Planning and Recruitment
Salary & Benefits Administration
Administration of the Performance Management process
Management of the Learning and Development process
Employee Relations Management
Employee Records Management and Exit Management
Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required
BSc / HND or its equivalent
3-5 years experience as an HR generalist in a reputable chain of fast-food stores
A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc)
The ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
Good understanding of the retail business
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Very organised and a good planner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Trustworthy, discreet and credible
Good coach
Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
