The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing growth initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate is proactive, result-oriented, and experienced in sales and business growth within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and grow existing customer base.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with salons, influencers, distributors, and luxury retail outlets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability.
Represent Onyx Beauty Hub at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Prepare business reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the luxury, beauty, or fashion sector.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop creative solutions, and drive results.
High level of professionalism and passion for the luxury beauty industry.
