Remote Customer Service Agent (Associate Trainee) Opportunity
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Everyday Dose is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. This associate trainee role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through email and chat.
- Manage customer orders efficiently.
- Use available tools and resources to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Develop personalized responses to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer queries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews to align on goals and continuously improve performance.

- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Immediate Availability.
- Available to work standard business hours in the Portugal time zone (WET), with a rotating weekend shift (one weekend per month).
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in remote or distributed work environments.
- Experience in fields such as sales, technical support, or administration involving customer interaction.
