CHDFNigeria is a non-profit organization that supports children and persons with Congenital Heart Disease popularly called Hole in the Heart in Nigeria. The foundation is envisioned to be the leading charity organization in Nigeria supporting the CHD cause.

CHDFNigeria is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual who resides in Lagos and is passionate about managing projects that make a tangible impact in the healthcare and non-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sector.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Must reside in Lagos and be available for hybrid work arrangements.
