IT Support Officer at Compovine Technologies

The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, three Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director, Heads of Departments and the Company Secretary. At the helm of affairs of the management team is the MD/CEO, through whom information is disseminated down to other officers of the organization and vice versa. Board/Management TeamResponsibilities

Run machines to test parts functioning
Manage tool kit, supplies and accurate inventory
Conduct preventive maintenance and photocopiers adjustment
Troubleshoot equipment for identifying malfunctions cause
Complete invoices and expense reports on time
Troubleshoot clients’ problems with high quality solutions
Set up hardware
Install software
Maintain and repair technological equipment
Manage software in computers and networks
Ensure privacy and data protection
Perform regular upgrades
Perform troubleshoot activities
Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks
Manage network components (servers, IPs, etc.)
Manage and implement security solutions
Create records of repairs and fixes
Provide technical support
Train and collaborate with other team members.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Tech / B.Eng or BSc qualification with 3-10 years work experience.
