Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of trade/field sales representatives to achieve set targets.
Develop and implement trade strategies to expand market share and improve product visibility.
Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment across distributors and retail outlets.
Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and trade execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional activities.
Visit trade channels regularly to ensure effective merchandising, product availability, and branding.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and field activities.

Requirements

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Must own a smartphone with proficiency with smartphone applications, especially
data capturing and inventory management apps.
Minimum of 1-2  years of relevant experience in trade supervision or a similar role
