We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Quality Control Superintendent with strong expertise in quality control and assurance to oversee and maintain product quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality management, with a background in plastics manufacturing being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities of the Quality Control (QC) team.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
Lead root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
Ensure calibration and proper use of testing equipment and laboratory instruments.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to QC staff to maintain a culture of quality.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Enforce safety and hygiene standards in line with company and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Professional certification(s) in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or similar) is mandatory.
3–5 years of proven experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in plastic manufacturing processes will be a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
