The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.
This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage front-office activities seamlessly.

Qualification:

B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
Telecom / Power industry

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer- focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage office supplies, correspondence, and administrative duties efficiently
