Position Overview

  • As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales teams and achieve ambitious growth targets across all business verticals.
  • The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all of ILEOJA’s business units.
  • The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving successful sales campaigns, motivating teams, and meeting performance goals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Leverage advertising budgets across all verticals to maximize ROI and achieve sales goals.

Team Leadership and Development:


  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor their performance.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to enhance skills and productivity.

Market Expansion and Client Relationships:

  • Identify new markets and customer acquisition strategies to expand ILEOJA’s reach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.


  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights to improve products, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement to drive continuous growth.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in eCommerce, education, or digital products is highly preferred.
